Which viewer should I use?

The "optimised" version will perform better and is recommended for use. However, it won't run on older machines (it requires SSE2). If your computer is older than 4 years, you should use the regular version. If you want to try the "optimised" version, it won't do any harm, but it will crash on startup if unsupported!
